One office, four parishes
Slidell is our home base, so it gets the shortest drive times. From there we cover the rest of St. Tammany Parish, then cross the lake into Orleans and Jefferson parishes and head west to Baton Rouge.
The rules do not change with the address. Calls are taken from 7am to 9pm, seven days a week. Every visit starts with a diagnosis and a written price, and there is no overtime charge on evenings or weekends.
What does change is the house. Raised cottages, slab ranches and lakefront homes fail in different ways, and permits run through different offices. Each area page below covers the local details.
Slidell and the Northshore
Our home parish. Slidell has its own neighborhood pages, and Covington and Mandeville each have a city page.

South Shore and capital-area coverage, each with its own housing and permit rules.
Who issues the permit for a new system
Repairs rarely need a permit, but a full system replacement usually does. The office depends on where the house sits.
| Area | Parish | Permit office for a replacement |
|---|---|---|
| Slidell, Covington, Mandeville | St. Tammany | The city inside city limits, St. Tammany Parish outside them |
| New Orleans | Orleans | City of New Orleans, through a city-licensed mechanical contractor |
| Metairie | Jefferson | Jefferson Parish, since Metairie has no city government |
| Baton Rouge | East Baton Rouge | City of Baton Rouge and Parish of East Baton Rouge |
Historic districts can add a review step for outdoor equipment, including Olde Towne in Slidell and the French Quarter in New Orleans. The area pages explain how that works.

No. Every area on this page gets the same rates, the same hours and the same written-quote process. There is no overtime charge on evenings or weekends anywhere we work.
Which areas usually get same-day service?
Most calls in Slidell and the rest of St. Tammany Parish are scheduled the same day. Farther areas often are too, depending on how busy the day is. We give you an arrival window when you call.
My town is not listed. Can you still help?
Possibly. These are the areas we cover regularly. Call with your address, and we will tell you plainly whether we can get there and when.
Do you handle permits in every parish?
Each parish and city has its own permit office. The table above shows which one applies, and each area page covers the local rules for a replacement.
Do you cover businesses outside Slidell?
Yes. Commercial service is available in the areas on this page, starting with the Gause Boulevard and I-10 corridors in Slidell.
Not sure we cover your street?
Call between 7am and 9pm, any day of the week, and give us your address. We will tell you right away whether you are in our area and when a technician can get there.
