These terms govern your use of the AirCendro website and the HVAC services we provide. By visiting our site or scheduling a service with us, you are agreeing to what is written here. We have kept this as straightforward as possible because we believe our customers deserve clarity, not confusion.
AirCendro is a licensed HVAC company located at 2053 Gause Blvd E, Slidell, LA 70461. We serve residential and commercial clients across Southeast Louisiana, including Slidell, Covington, Mandeville, New Orleans, and Metairie. Scheduling and Appointments
When you book a service with AirCendro, whether by phone, email, or through our website, you are requesting a visit from one of our technicians at a time we mutually agree upon. We do our best to honor same-day requests and arrive within the window communicated to you.
We ask that someone 18 years of age or older be present at the property during the scheduled appointment. If no one is available at the time of arrival and we are unable to proceed with the work, we may need to reschedule. We will always reach out before marking a visit as a no-access situation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can make that time available to another customer in need.
Service Estimates and Pricing
Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time of the assessment. Once a technician diagnoses the issue in person, the final price may differ from an initial phone or online estimate. We will always communicate any changes clearly before proceeding with work that falls outside the original scope.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless a separate arrangement has been made in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. For larger installations or multi-phase projects, we may request a deposit to secure your appointment and cover initial materials.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Labor performed by AirCendro technicians is covered under our service guarantee for the period specified on your invoice or service agreement. If an issue arises that is directly related to work we completed, contact us and we will make it right at no additional charge within that coverage window.
Equipment and parts we supply are covered under the respective manufacturer warranties. We will assist you in understanding what those warranties cover and how to file a claim if needed. Warranty coverage does not apply to issues caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or circumstances outside our control such as power surges, flooding, or other environmental events.
Customer Responsibilities
To allow our technicians to do their best work safely and efficiently, we ask that the area around your HVAC equipment be reasonably accessible at the time of the visit. Please ensure pets are secured, that there is a clear path to the unit, and that any known hazards at the property are communicated to us before the technician arrives.
If the condition of the property or equipment presents a safety concern that makes it impossible to complete the work responsibly, our technician reserves the right to pause or reschedule the job. We will always explain the situation to you clearly before taking that step.
Limitation of Liability
AirCendro is responsible for the quality and safety of the work our licensed technicians perform. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions in your HVAC system, structural issues at your property, or problems caused by equipment that was already compromised before our visit.
Our liability for any claim arising from a service interaction is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We are not responsible for indirect losses, lost income, or consequential damages that may result from an equipment failure or service delay.
Website Use
The content on our website, including service descriptions, images, and contact information, is provided for informational purposes. While we work to keep everything current and accurate, we cannot guarantee that every detail is up to date at all times. Pricing, availability, and service offerings may change without prior notice on the site.
You may not use our website in any way that is unlawful, deceptive, or harmful to others. Attempting to copy, reproduce, or repurpose our website content for commercial use without permission is not permitted.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute that cannot be resolved directly between us would be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana.
