02 · Data Collection

📋 What Information We Collect

We only collect what is genuinely needed to serve you. When you call us, submit a service request, or send an email, we receive your name, phone number, email address, and the property address where service is needed. We also note your HVAC concern so the right technician can be prepared before arriving.

Our website also collects standard usage data through cookies and analytics tools. This includes your general location at the city level, your device type, browser, pages visited, and time spent on each page. None of this identifies you personally. It simply helps us understand what our visitors are looking for so we can improve the experience.

If you contact us by phone or email, we keep a record of that conversation to ensure proper follow-up and to maintain the quality of our service.

03 · Data Usage

⚙️ How We Use Your Information

Everything we collect is used to serve you better. Specifically, we use your information to schedule and confirm your service appointment, dispatch the right technician to your location, follow up after a visit to make sure everything is working as expected, send quotes, invoices, or warranty documentation, and respond to any questions you send our way.

We also use anonymized website data to understand which services people search for most and to make our site easier to navigate. We do not use your personal information for mass marketing, automated profiling, or anything unrelated to your experience with AirCendro.

04 · Third-Party Sharing

🤝 Sharing Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. That is not something we do or plan to do.

There are a few limited situations where information may be shared with outside parties. If a specialized subcontractor or parts supplier is needed to complete your job, we share only what is necessary for that purpose. We also use software tools for scheduling, communications, and website analytics. These providers work on our behalf under strict limitations and are not permitted to use your data for anything beyond the service they provide to us. If we are ever required by law to disclose certain information, we will comply and, where legally permitted, let you know.

Our commitment: Your personal data is never sold, rented, or traded to third-party advertisers or data brokers — period.
05 · Cookies & Tracking

🍪 Cookies and Website Tracking

Our website uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device when you visit. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others, like those placed by Google Analytics, help us understand how people use our pages so we can improve over time.

You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Turning them off will not prevent you from contacting us or booking a service.

06 · Data Retention

🗂️ How Long We Keep Your Information

We keep service records for as long as they are reasonably needed for business, legal, or warranty purposes. If we install a new system at your property, we retain records for the life of any applicable warranty in case follow-up service is needed. If you reached out but never scheduled a service, we do not hold onto your contact details any longer than necessary to close that inquiry.

If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us directly and we will take care of it where legally permissible.

07 · Your Rights

⚖️ Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to request corrections if anything is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete your data when there is no longer a valid reason to keep it. Louisiana residents may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.

To make any of these requests, simply contact us. We respond promptly and without making the process complicated.

08 · Security

🔐 Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us. Access to customer records within our team is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs. That said, no system is entirely without risk. We encourage you to reach out directly if you ever have concerns about your data.

09 · External Links

🔗 Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to outside resources such as manufacturer pages or mapping services. Once you leave our site, that third party’s own privacy practices apply and we have no control over them. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

10 · Children’s Privacy

👶 Children’s Privacy

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us and we will remove it right away.

11 · Policy Updates

🔄 Updates to This Policy

We may update this page from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When that happens, the effective date at the top will be revised. We will not make significant changes without making them clearly visible here.
