Started in Slidell, still run from Slidell
Aircendro was founded in Slidell on a simple idea. Show up when you say you will, explain the problem in plain words, and fix it right the first time.
For over 15 years, that work has meant salt air near the lake. It has meant humid summers that keep systems running from spring into fall. It has also meant cold snaps that test every heater in town. Those conditions shape how we stock our trucks and how we diagnose problems.
Today we serve Slidell, the rest of the Northshore, New Orleans, Metairie and Baton Rouge. The office is still on Gause Boulevard, and our own team still answers the phone.
Six habits behind every service call
Measure before replacing
Every call starts with refrigerant pressures, electrical readings, coil condition and airflow. A part gets replaced because a test points to it.
Written price first
Parts, labor and refrigerant are listed separately. Nothing starts until you approve it, and there is no overtime charge from 7am to 9pm.
Repair when repair makes sense
If a $150 capacitor fixes the problem, that is what we recommend. We bring up replacement only when the numbers support it.
Most urgent calls first
Homes with no cooling or heat and elderly residents, infants or medical needs get the earliest slots.
Common parts on board
Capacitors, contactors, hard-start kits, drain fittings and refrigerant ride on every truck, so most jobs finish in one visit.
On time and tidy
You get an arrival window and the technician’s name. We protect floors, clean up and walk you through the work before we leave.
Licensed, certified and insured
Certified refrigerant handling
Our technicians hold EPA Section 608 certification, which federal law requires for anyone who works with refrigerant.
NATE-trained technicians
North American Technician Excellence training keeps our team current on modern equipment and diagnostics.
Louisiana HVAC contractor
We are a licensed Louisiana contractor and carry liability and workers’ compensation insurance on every job.
Ready for R-454B
New systems now use lower-impact refrigerants that need different tools and handling. We service both older and newer systems.
